Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using PawVault, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself and your pets. You must not use the app for any unlawful purpose.

PawVault offers free and premium subscription plans. Premium subscriptions provide access to additional features as described in the app. All subscriptions are subject to the pricing and terms displayed at the time of purchase.

Premium subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.

The AI behaviour monitoring feature provides general information and suggestions only. It is not a substitute for professional veterinary advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your veterinarian with any questions regarding your pet's health.

PawVault is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the app. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service.

All content, features, and functionality of PawVault, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software, are owned by PawVault and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You agree not to: (a) use the app for any illegal purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the app; (c) interfere with or disrupt the app or servers; (d) upload malicious code or content; (e) impersonate any person or entity.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the app will immediately cease.

Your use of PawVault is also subject to the Apple App Store Terms of Service. In the event of any conflict between these terms and Apple's terms, Apple's terms shall prevail for matters relating to the App Store.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new terms in the app. Your continued use of PawVault after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
